The keylogger doesn't require any special knowledge of keyloggers or It-related topics for successful use.

Installation
InstallationSo we click the "FreeDownload" button on Any Keylogger for Mac's website and download starts. Clicking the installer's button shows us a warning window indicating that all our previous logs will be retained and so that we can uninstall the app in Settings. We click "OK" and the installer asks us for admin's password – sign of a good product. Once we put in the password and click "OK" the application opens.
Interface
InterfaceThe interface of Any Keylogger for Mac is a window divided into three columns. The left one contains the categories of intercepted information, namely: "Texts", "Websites", "Screenshots" and "Application". By the way all the categories are also grouped per users. So, clicking any of the categories, shows the intercepted information in the middle tab, and details about the application, it's been intercepted from, in the right one. Pretty handy.
Additionally, there are "Search" and "Time Filter" fields in the top of the page. The first one allows performing the keyword search in logs, the second one – filtering the intercepted information by date.
OS Support
According to the developer's website, Any Keylogger for Mac runs on all the versions of OS X, starting from 10.6. We tested it on OS X 10.10 Yosemite and it worked without a glitch! Perfect!
Security
The security level of Any Keylogger for Mac is on the same level, all the mac keyloggers have – its folder is hidden, it is password-protected and can be accessed by pressing a hotkey combination.
Unfortunately, this mac keylogger, can't be accessed by typing a pre-defined keylogger and can't be configured to be uninstalled on a specified date. It also doesn't contain an option of show a warning text to the user under monitoring.
Monitoring
In our tests Any Keylogger for Mac showed only few features of "Monitoring" section. This mac keylogger can log pressing of both alphanumerical and system keys and can monitor started applications. As for the screenshots, the keylogger allows not only making them, but also adjusting their frequency.
As for the rest of the features, namely: monitoring of logon password, files' activity monitoring features, clipboard monitoring, interception of mouse clicks, sounds, detecting of system logon/off times and all the rest of the screenshot-making options are absent at Any Keylogger for Mac. Too bad.
Online Monitoring
Visited Websites MonitoringThe situation with Any Keylogger for Mac is a bit better in Online Monitoring. Despite Keylogger can't monitor neither both sides of conversations made in instant messengers, nor emails, it still can monitor websites visited in Safari and Chrome, and make the screenshots of websites visited.
Unfortunately, the URLs opened in Firefox and Opera are missing in the corresponding logs of Any Keylogger for Mac.
Reports
As it was clear from the "Interface" part of our review, Any Keylogger for Mac allows performing a keyword search in logs, so as the several days reports building. Additionally, it can send the log-files via email (yet fails sending the logs by any other means), and can be configured to clear them automatically.
Despite this mac keylogger can group intercepted information per user, it can't be configured to monitor certain users only (so as the applications, by the way) or show the duration of the events logged. Additionally, the keylogger can't be configured to store the log-files of a certain size.
Other
Well, there is almost nothing that we can say about Any Keylogger for Mac in this section. Unfortunately, it doesn't contain any of the features of this section.
The Bottom Line
Summing up we can say, that despite the absence of many features in Any Keylogger for Mac, it still can be used for monitoring of your home mac.
Monitoring Software Features
